Studio Session at Inverness Creative Academy

Do you want to try something new and get inspired? Visit my studio at my Studio session evenings. Every fortnight on Mondays, we will do different activities from 6-8 pm. I hope we can create a lovely creative community that can support each other and fill our lives with more colour and creativity.

Studio sessions are a mix of exercises and discussions, we learn about artists, and enjoy each other's company with no pressure to create masterpieces. The activities are often suggested by the participants so you can get the most out of your time by learning something new.

The price is usually from GBP 10-20 per session, this is to cover material costs and teas coffees. Donations are also welcomed. Thanks for your support!

You are welcome to bring some snacks, and your sketchbook but don't worry if you don't have anything: paper and drawing materials will be available.

Please book the session as we have limited spaces, a maximum of 6 people!

The large front doors at this time are usually shut, you will find me at the entrance at the artist's side (from the car park).

Upcoming sessions:

5.08 - photo walk - try something different this week! Take your camera out of the cupboard and dust it off 📸 or if you don't have a camera, just use your phone. We will have a walk around town, Weather permitting!

19.08 - explore abstract art- we will explore methods of creating an abstract painting. Please bring your sketchbook!

The studio sessions are suitable for 16+
We work in a very small group, only 4 spaces available. Please book in advance.

To take part, you don't have to be a professional artist! Just come if you need some inspiration or want to meet new people and try something different.
